REFERRAL TERMS

• Candidate must not already be registered with A-Rec Education Ltd

• Confirmation of name and contact details of ‘referrer’ must be given at time of interview

• Referral fee will be made payable to the ‘referrer’ after 10 full days worked

• Referral fee will be made to the candidate once a total of 20 full days have been worked

• Referral fee “owed” will be stated prior to candidate starting new position after which the fee amount is non-negotiable

• In order for clarity, candidate contact details will be made available to A-Rec Education Ltd with full knowledge and agreement of candidate
